This is a newly renovated building located on Orca Inlet in Cordova,
Alaska. As the name implies, our Alaska lodging units have a nautical
charm and décor to provide a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
And it has great views of Orca Inlet, and the Chugach Mountains.
Alaska Lodging
- We have two units available:
Our two-bedroom Alaska lodging unit is a two story-unit with bedrooms
upstairs and kitchen, living and bath on the main floor. The bedrooms
are set up with one queen bed and one twin bed in each. There
are also two twin-sized day beds in the living area for larger
family groups. The kitchen is fully furnished with coffee maker,
toaster, microwave, full size fridge and kitchen range and all
utensils for cooking and serving for up to 6 people. The bath
is on the main floor with ample linen for up to 6 people. Ideal
for families.
Our efficiency Alaska lodging unit has one queen bed. The kitchenette
has a small range, fridge, coffee maker and all cooking utensils
necessary. It also has a private bath and ground level entry.
Both Alaska lodging units have access to a chest freezer, and
a large common foyer with ample space for hanging wet boots, rain
gear, fishing gear etc. There is also a coin-operated washer and
dryer available to guests.
Because of our location, TV reception is not available. However
there are several local video stores for movie rentals. Our Alaska
lodging units are well stocked with a variety of quick breakfast
options including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cold cereal, milk,
and instant hot cereals.
Our Alaska Lodging Rates are as Follows:
May 1-August 12, and Oct 1-31st:

$100/night for the
two bedroom for 1-2 people and $15 for each additional person.
(Children 12 and under, no additional charge)

$85/night for the
efficiency.
August 13 – September
30th:
-
$125/night for the
two bedroom for 1-2 guests and $25/person for each additional
person (Children age 5-12 $10/night, children under 4-free)

$100/night for the
efficiency for 1 or 2 guests.
We require a 25% non-refundable
deposit to hold the room, and we accept VISA/MC.
